Write a plan for the week
You definitely don't have to sit down for hours to write out this plan... but setting out a few goals for the week and planning your calendar can really relax you and will definitely help you out on Monday!

A bath is the ultimate act of relaxation! Light a few candles, get some bubble bath and just take a moment for yourself.
4. Complete your skincare routine
Cleanse and then exfoliate if you want to... but make sure to moisturise! Moisturising is one of the most best things you can do to relax.
5. Pick up a good book and get in bed
